Car Park Booking FAQs

Yes. We register all of our tenants with the building security desk.

The Parking garage driveway is located on the East Side of 7 Bishop Ave Condominium Building (“The Vogue”) North York, Ontario – All tenants to use the Key FOB/Access Card ($100 refundable deposit) on the ‘Residents’ Ramp.

**Please Note:  Do not tailgate the vehicle ahead when entering the ramp without first swiping your Access Card/Key FOB to avoid malfunctions of the gateway and accidents. PLEASE OBSERVE & OBEY THE TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT ALL TIMES.

P1 Tenants: Go down the ramp and continue straight and bear left for exclusive P1 garage access, unless otherwise specified.

P2 Tenants thru P4 Tenants: Go down the ramp and bear right access. When passing P1, you will find another gate to scan your access card again.

The TTC pathway can only be accessed from the P1 level. Walk out to P1 via the rear stairwell and the entrance is located directly on the right (black door with TTC sign).

No, parking tenants are not permitted to enter or leave the building via the main condominium entrances or elevators due to resident security purposes.

To exit the building, follow the exit sign to the rear stairwell and exit to Pemberton Ave.

All cheques are to be made payable to: 7 Bishop Parking, unless otherwise specified.

** Please Note: Be sure to reference your parking spot number on the memo portion of the cheque.

Please email 7bishopparking@gmail.com a minimum of 30 days prior to your contract end date. Outstanding payments, if any, will need to be settled and Access Card(s)/Key FOB to be returned in good working order. Access Card/Key FOB deposit will be returned* along with any post-dated cheques, if applicable.

Your $100 deposit is refundable under the following conditions:

  • One month written notice is received in writing;
  • The access card is returned in original, working condition.

Changes can only be accommodated subject to availability.

** Please Note: There is a non-refundable $25 administration fee for processing any such changes.

No. All parking tenants must make their own arrangements. In compliance with the condominium building management, a few times a year, we are required to vacate the parking garage for general upkeep and maintenance of the building facilities. Every effort is made for timely notice; however we are not responsible for providing separate parking accommodations for such days.

** Please Note: Any condominium building management notices relating to the parking garage facilities will be posted on the stairwell doors for your reference.
